As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will fulfill a critical role partnering closely with a dynamic team of recruiters. If you thrive in a fast paced environment and have exceptional organizational and communication skills we would like to speak with you.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience by completing onboarding process
• Provide administrative support for the offer process including: relocation, and background checks, generate offer letters, collect signed offer letters and distribute new employee information for proper onboarding.
• Coordinate university/conference campaigns - presentations, interviews on campus, campus events, job postings etc.
• Order, track and ship all promotional and collateral materials for events
• Manage recruiting sources i.e. LinkedIn Project folders and Monster postings
• Utilize web-based applicant tracking system to maintain candidate data, and ensure correct tracking
• Provide administrative support, conduct research as requested to support other projects and program initiatives to develop world class processes and tools for the recruiting function

Qualifications and Requirements:
• 2+ years’ experience supporting high-volume recruiting coordination
• Prefer experience with applicant tracking system
• Intermediate level skill with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates
• Strong grammatical and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to interact positively and productively with team members and work collaboratively with other departments – must be a team player
• Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills with ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and shift gears at a moment’s notice
• Ability to effectively solve problems and overcome challenges
